Psy Guy has never met a psychic power he couldn't do - a little bit. Telepathy, telekinesis, precognition, remote viewing, psychometry, astral projection, pyrokinesis, aura reading, dreamwalking and even sensing ghosts are all within his repertoire. The problem is that he isn't exceptionally powerful at any one of them. Where another psychic might throw a car with their mind, Psy Guy is more likely to throw something considerably smaller - while giving you a splitting headache at the same time.

Fortunately, Psy Guy discovered that being a jack-of-all-trades has its advantages. By combining several weaker abilities at once, he can hit an opponent with heat, pain, vertigo, confusion and a telekinetic shove in one thoroughly unpleasant package. Curious, quick-witted and rarely able to resist saying what’s on his mind, Psy Guy is also fascinated by things even he can't explain - particularly the strange people and events his psychic senses occasionally reveal. And when subtlety fails, there's always one option left: time to go full psycho.
