M.O.P.E.

Mope rode its last ride during an incident at Kami Systems, where Sofie’s battered old scooter finally suffered more damage than even she thought it could survive. But rather than consign the faithful little machine to the scrapyard, Otaku took it upon himself to perform something considerably more ambitious than a simple repair. Like a phoenix reborn—and, in this case, rather more literally than Sofie might have expected—Mope emerged with a new lease on life as M.O.P.E.

Now rebuilt, reinforced and equipped with an assortment of modifications that Sofie is still discovering, M.O.P.E. retains the heart of her old scooter beneath its considerably more capable exterior. Otaku also took the liberty of turning Sofie’s affectionate nickname into an acronym: Mystery of Purple Enlightenment. What exactly that is supposed to mean remains considerably clearer to Otaku than it does to Sofie.
