DEAD DUCK
Dead Duck was somehow infected by the mysterious D-Virus, transforming him into a zombie - but when the virus crossed species, its effects changed along with him. His bite causes only a low-level form of zombification in others, leaving victims lethargic and confused before the effects quickly wear off. How an ordinary duck subsequently became the anthropomorphic Dead Duck is another mystery entirely, and one he doesn’t seem particularly concerned about solving. A self-described vagabond, Dead Duck wanders from town to town with no real destination in mind, taking life - or whatever comes after it - as it comes. Laid-back, independent and armed with a distinctly dry sense of humour, he seems remarkably comfortable for someone who is technically dead.
